Wellness Consultant-Sales Experience Required (Starting pay:
$16.
00 with merit increase after 90 days to $17.
00/hour plus monthly bonus) Reports to:
Clinic Business Manager Function:
Selling Wellness Memberships, Best In Class Customer Service to guests and members, assisting the clinic managers in daily operational tasks.
Essential Duties:
-Providing Best in Class Customer Service to members/guests by answering phone calls, checking members in/out for appointments, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrivals and selling and renewing memberships, log and relay member concerns to manager.
-Maintain a sale's quota for a variety of member based programs that we offer as well as enhancement services -Assist and maintain professional, clean and organized front desk and receptionist area.
-Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, confirmation calls, and data entry of client records -Assist in maintain cleanliness through the spa, therapy rooms, common areas, and storage room.
-Other duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM
Qualifications Education:
High school graduate or general education degree (GED) required.
College degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
Must have basic math and cash handling experience and previous customer service experience (preferred).
Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks as well as work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Must possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
SKILLS:
Must have administrative filing, and strong phone and computer skills in addition to good written and oral communication skills.
PERSONALITY/OTHER:
Must be confident of skills; have the willingness to adjust to and conform to varying schedules; use the utmost discretion regarding sensitive company and member/guest information (maintaining client confidentiality); have excellent communication skills; be able to coordinate resources and responsibilities; and be able to get along well with others.
Must be accepting of constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning too.
