Responsibilities:
The Site Manager will work collaboratively with the Program Director to manage a residential program.
You are the go-to person for the day to day operations of the program.
You will work side by side with direct care staff providing tasks associated with daily client care.
You and the staff assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living); drive clients to appointments, errands, and to community events.
Complete daily shift notes; data and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned.
You will also have an active role with the development and implementation of individual support goals.
Fulltime Position Available:
Sunday 9am-9pm; Monday 3pm-9pm; Tuesday 3pm-11pm; Wednesday 3pm-11pm 6hrs admin time assigned On-call rotation may be included.
Qualifications:
Supervisory/Management experience Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years related experience required.
Basic computer/office skills Microsoft Office (daily reports/communications).
Physical ability to perform the requirements of this position.
A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

We offer a starting salary range of $35,500-$37,500- plus a $1.
00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification.
We provide paid orientation and training for certification in Medication Administration Program (MAP), CPR & First Aid, and Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) if applicable.
