POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESThis position is responsible to provide leadership, training and support to the BH and LTSS RN staff with the goal of the promoting and maintaining the health of ICP enrollees.
The role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and agency standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Serves as member of ICP leadership team to further the community partner program goals Closely observes, assesses and evaluates skills and team performance of RNs Provides direct supervision, evaluation, support and training of RN staff Available to provide overall staff education regarding enrollee medical conditions and/or RN activities Complete duties related to meeting pay-for-performance metrics as determined by MassHealth, EOHHS, and CMS.
Ensures that RNs complete contractual requirements related to care plan and assessment reviews, medication reconciliation and follow-up after discharge activities Participates in the care plan, assessment review and medication reconciliation process Assigns RNs to participate in projects related to meeting ICP quality measures Engages in quality improvement activities Provides oversight of RN participation in care team and Multi-Visit Patient (MVP) meetings Reviews RN documentation audits of the electronic medical record (EMR) and initiates corrective action plans as needed.
Support adherence to MassHealth contractual requirements.
Demonstrates professional ethics and integrity in communication and interaction with staff, individuals and the provider community Functions as a resource person for health care issues/concerns for all staff MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Massachusetts licensure as Registered Nurse Supervisory experience preferred Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience Must have a vehicle available for work purpose Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
