Job Description:
To manage and maintain employee files, data entry, hiring processes, receptionist.
This position is some HR also-position entails attending job fairs and recruiting at the colleges, must have driver's license.
Main Activities:
Recruit, interview, and hire employees according to all hiring procedures.
Answer the phones.
Maintain employee records.
Conduct new employee orientation, development, and training.
Compensation and benefits administrator.
Policy development and documentation.
Maintain office inventory.
Organize and strategize marketing fairs and materials.
Advertise in various medias as needed for recruitment and sales and P/R, Social media job posting & Job board/recruitment site management.
Maintain and organize office obligations.

Job Type:
Part-Time Monday- Friday 9a-1p or 2pm.
Salary:
$17.
00 - $19.
00 per hour- based on experience.
