Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries and direct messages appropriately Maintain accurate records of daily activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM/DMS system Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating/maintaining positive relationships with clients Engage previous inquiries and provide solutions and promotional information where applicable Provide feedback to management on customer needs and industry trends Requirements:
