Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions is hiring a scheduler.
We are an inside staffing agency for Bear Mountain Health Care.
We staff our homes in Western Mass and Eastern Mass.
Duties:
- Schedule Nurses and CNA's in Bear Mountain Health Care facilities.
- Work close with our employees and facilities to ensure proper staffing procedures.
- Fast paced setting - must be organized and professional.
- Computer knowledge.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a staffing industry - Customer Service driven - Must be organized in a fast paced setting - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Must have 3 years experience in the staffing industry.
