The Housekeeper works with the Maintenance Director toward the goal set for the highest quality service to the residents, families and guests of the community.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Accepts assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
Performs other related duties as directed by Maintenance Director.
Interacts with residents on a daily basis in a respectful and cooperative manner.
Performs cleaning procedures in accordance with community policy.
Observes waste disposal procedures in accordance with community policy.
Is able to follow directions.
Assists in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
Identifies and reports any equipment malfunction.
Reports any observed area in poor repair.
Dispenses soap, paper and other housekeeping supplies.
Is able to assist with laundry duties.
Attends in-service training programs.
Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, and initiate corrective action.
Observes infection control procedures related to the Housekeeping Department.
Follows Resident's Rights policies at all times.
Follows facility safety program.
Comes to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
Accepts assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
Assumes accountability for data contained in the employees' handbook.
Performs other related duties as directed by Director.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
