They are the heartbeat of the club and handle many different functions daily.
We expect our staff to be responsible, friendly, and professional.
Reliability and punctuality are required.
Responsibilities Greet all members & guests.
Book membership tours for new prospects.
Tour prospective members.
Present membership pricing to prospective members.
Complete all tasks associated with signing up members.
Update payment information on accounts and take payments.
Use a point of sale system and cash drawer.
Call potential & current members for various reasons such as promotions, account issues, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Sell products and supplements.
Encourage members to book their fitness consultation with a certified personal trainer.
Requirements:
Upbeat and positive attitude.
Reliability and punctuality is a must! Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to think & act quickly to different situations.
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in any situation.
Knowledge of the Fitness industry, supplements, and someone that has a passion for fitness is a big plus! Shift Information The shifts we have availability for are:
Wednesday Nights, 3-10 pm.
Schedule stays the same weekly, we don't change shifts around on people unless they are covering for someone.
Additional shifts are available as coverage is needed.
Pay $15 hourly plus commissions on all membership contracts Job Type:
