1K a year 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Prosper Life Care is seeking a Part-time Weekend Concierge/Receptionist to perform a variety of clerical duties in the reception area at its Assisted Living Community in West Springfield, MA.
The position reports directly to the Business Director.
Responsibilities:
Greet all people with a smile; Professional image that positively represents Prosper to residents and the public; Operates facility telephone, copier/scanner/fax, and postage meter; Follows checklist for opening and closing facility (Set-up/Lock-down Procedures); Coordinates Emergency Call System with Wellness Dept.
; Coordinates resident transportation needs for medical appointments in conjunction with Nurses; Perform various clerical duties, typing, filing, faxing, and copying; Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Email,/Calendar, Excel, etc.
; Maintains Excel spreadsheets for various projects; Sort and distribute incoming mail Enforces visitation policies and procedures; primary focus on resident security; Performs other related duties as assigned.
