ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our West Springfield, MA office. This is a position for a professional who is seeking an opportunity to apply their administrative skills in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting.
The Administrative Assistant will provide submittal support to technical experts in their daily operations. They will provide support to keep the day-to-day office operations running smoothly including proofing, binding, and formatting reports; plotting drawings; assembling final products; coordinating meetings; and entering data into Excel.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Perform clerical duties such as filing; data entry; sorting and delivering mail; greeting guests and ordering supplies.
Provide support on project work
Position Requirements:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs required.
Associates degree preferred
Typically requires at least 3 years of administrative support experience.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Experience in Engineering / Environmental Consulting or other related industry (A/E/C) is a plus.
