Responsible for ensuring all computers and peripherals operate optimally so remote users can perform their day-to-day tasks and activities. Duties include handling and documenting help requests, identifying problems and escalating as necessary, testing fixes, accessing information to help resolve issues, and developing help guides and knowledge base articles.
Requirement
One or more years of Help Desk/Technical Support experience.
Education
Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Client
Privately held real estate and property management firm operating in 15 states.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
