PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy.
Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements.
Provides home therapy product and pharmaceutical sales support to l dialysis facilities and HCP's within an assigned sales territory.
Functions as a peritoneal diaysls (PD), home hemodialysis (HHD), and pharmaceutical product resource.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES :
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Achieve projected quarterly sales goals in home therapy equipment, disposables and pharmaceuticals.
Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals.
Effectively gather local market data.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in defined CRM tool, including sales call information, market share information, demographics, and sales target reports Create and execute an effective call plan.
Utilize data in planning clinical, sales, and education activity.
Identify and prioritize appropriate scheduling of inservicing needs, educational support and follow up calls.
Identify and develop new accounts.
Maintain relationships with existing accounts.
Provide sales and product support.
Adds value to FMC home therapy and pharmaceutical products with technical knowledge and expertise.
Provide ongoing bone disease, anemia management and home therapy education.
Achieve consistent sales coverage with clinics and physicians (meeting/exceeding defined call expectations per day).
Identify customer's needs and present the value of working with FMC to meet those needs.
Utilize customer focused selling skills in presentations and in-service activities.
Develop and maintain current technical knowledge on all related products.
Collaborate with MSL on educational strategies for related products in assigned territory,Communicate and collaborate with director of sales and operational management in targeted dialysis organizations on goals and strategies to maintain and grow business.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree required or equivalent of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS Must have a minimum of two years experience in Medical or Pharmacology sales; or minimum 2 years in Nephrology Nursing.
Teaching and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Required to meet healthcare credentialing requirements such as training, immunizations, drug screening and infectious disease testing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
