Cardno ATC is seeking a Temporary office administrative position for our West Springfield, MA office.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
> Multiple duties include general office duties such as filing, report preparation (Word and Excel) and copying as well as answering phones> Other duties include entering information into web based accounting system and running reports from the accounting systemRequirements Basic Qualifications:
> 2 yrs of related office/accounting experience> Experience with BST Enterprise accounting software or other accounting software preferred> Proficiency with MS Office Suite> Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
