The client company is currently looking for a front desk sales associate. This position is responsible for providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships. The candidate will assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception areas. S/he will assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys. The applicant will also assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and storeroom. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
Customer service and sales experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment. S/he must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, sales staff, and members/guests on membership benefits, and company policies and procedures. S/he should be able to work flexible days and hours.
